Rita Watson formally Johnson was born on July 12th 1946 to Veronica & Jerry Potts in Bon Accord Tobago. She then moved to Trinidad where she was married and lived a happy life with Mikey Johnson. She had three children AnnMarie, Roxanne & Lindon whom she cared for dearly. Was a loving sister to Marilyn, Boxu, Sandra, Sue and Angela Potts. Most of all best grandmother to Adrian, Janell, Faith, LeeAnn, Aeshah, McKenzie, Lindon Jr. , Gennaia . Great grandmother to Noah, Mylo, Kamani & Marquis . She enjoyed doing business, singing, dancing and lastly cooking. We all knew her for making roti and some of the best peas and rice you’ve ever had. She always loved feeding and giving to others. Her heart was so big, she’d give her last if she could. Rita was a god fearing woman. Any chance she got to pray and rejoice her lord she did. She then later remarried in the U.S. to James Watson. Their bond was very unique, no one could separate them. She was loved by all and will be missed greatly.
