He was born on April 25, 1953 in the Dominican Republic , to his parents Maltin Ramirez and Ana Marìa Robles de Abreu. In 1983, Herminio married Carmen Ramirez. Their union was blessed with children: Jerome R. Ramirez, Eric B. Ramirez, and Isaiah Ramirez He has an additional child his only daughter Sugey Ramirez. As a devoted husband and father, Herminio cherished his family above all else and dedicated his life to their happiness and wellbeing. Herminio was a hardworking individual who spent the majority of his career at University Towers. His passion for his profession was evident to all who worked alongside him. With his unwavering work ethic and commitment to excellence, Herminio achieved great success in his field and left a lasting impact on his colleagues and the organization. Beyond his professional endeavors, Herminio had a deep love for his family and was a pillar of support throughout their lives.
